  They are also super dodgy on their tyre service. I got 4 new tyres along with a major service about 2 months ago. The mechanic who replaced the engine mounts said that the tyres they had put on were waaaaay too small for my car - such that the spedometer was out. I don't have the money to replace them, but upon further examination I can see that they look ridiculous on my car and are not functional.

  They were meant to do a major service on my car, but clearly didn't drive it or check anything out, but because if they did they would have noticed that 3 of the eingine mounts were completely stuffed and my car was shaking prefusely. Not good enough.

  Do not go to this place. I have had bad experiences from their servicing, their tyres and their general repairs.

  Competitive prices. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and take care with their work. They were able to order in an uncommon tyre size promptly.

  Several weeks ago, I smashed my rear light cover. I purchased a new one and this morning, Chris, the manager, installed it for me free of charge and put new light-bulbs in free of charge. Chris went out of his way this morning to provide me with exceptional service and I am truly grateful.

  I was quoted $1400 for replacing 4 engine mounts. When I go another mechanic to look over it he commented on how they were charging extortionate rates for labour and about 1.5x the cost of the parts. I ended up getting 3 engine mounts done for $715.00 from another mechanic - there was one engine mount that was perfectly fine.

  TLDR; dodgy, overpriced, look elsewhere. Never ready when specified and lowest prices are only available when bidding against a competitor and are otherwise outrageous. For example, needed new alternator for Camry and was quoted $550 for labour + 2nd hand part, went to local wrecker and bought part for $40 and installed within 20minutes using a youtube guide. Not even kidding. Another example of dodgy service, asked for wheel alignment couple years back only to find after picking up that it hadn't been done even though they said it was done. Liars. While they did end up doing the wheel alignment latter at no cost, no other form of reimbursement for my time or inconvenience was made nor any sincere acknowledgement as to wrong doing. Anyways I use ultimate auto care near that cemetery in Toowong. Ask for Greg, gives it to ya straight. If you ride a bike check out bike builders near Albion.
