  I complained nicely the next day to give them a chance to refund or rectify the problem but instead was told I needed to style my hair differently!! She took more length off my hair and the layers went shorter!! I look like a joke.

  This salon always has the most excellent service and the staff are attentive to people's wishes and are very friendly. They always go out of their way to ensure the best experiences for their clients and work with what their client is wanting to achieve (even if it may seem impossible to the client)! Every one I know always leaves super satisfied with their new hair, regardless of how big or small the change is! The salon is always so clean and well-represented with a great range of products on display for clients to purchase if they wish!

  I tried this salon today for the first time, for a cut and colour (regrowth and highlights). The staff are calm, patient and professional, both ladies made excellent recommendations. I'll definitely return!

  Excellent salon. Excellent service. Super satisfied customer here. After voicing my wishes to preserve as much length as possible (after many months of no trims and a hefty amount of "dead length"), my wish was granted with no problems! I even had an Olaplex treatment included which restored my hair to it's almost natural state, even after years of dying it! Could not have asked for a better experience! :)

  I have been trying to grow my hair for a year and explained I wanted a few layers around my face. Instead I got a mullet looking cut and uneven layers everywhere starting at eye level!! As my colleagues said, it looked like mice gnawed on it all night.
